"Hope is
Folding paper cranes
Even when your hands get cramped
And your eyes tired,
Working past blisters and paper cuts,
Simply because something in you
Insists on
Opening its wings."

Reminds me of the story of Sudako and the 1,000 paper cranes. Our daughter folded 1,000 for our son when he was diagnosed with cancer again and she, too, was working through the paper cuts. Those cranes meant so much to him!
Oh, if you only could just work through the paper cuts to get Honour home and actually be able to have some physical control over bringing her home, huh? Praying with you as you wait through the longest labor of love in your life!
Beautiful!
